Rodney Thompson, Jr., is a driven, focused, and inspirational young man.

At 17 years old, he's excelled in football while maintaining a greater than 3.8 GPA at San Diego's Saint Augustine High School. His observations and conclusions about the world of sports give us all something to think about.

In this episode we talk to Rocco Giammaria about Narrowing the Diversity Gap among tomorrow’s Future Leaders.

In 2012, Rocco Giammaria encouraged his friend, Atima Omara, to seek the presidency of the Young Democrats of America.He assembled and managed her campaign, along with those of her six running mates. After nearly a year-long campaign, tens of thousands of dollars raised,and many trips across the country, Omara and her team won the election. She became the first African-American president in the organization’s 83-yearhistory in 2013. When we think about the role of a leader, we can’t tab out those who work tirelessly behind the scenes in a supportive role.Giammaria shares why he became involved with local politics.

In this episode we talk to Derrick Parker a Millennial with Words to Live By.

Derrick Parker is part of a generation that takes a lot of heat for an assumed indifference to politics. But his strong work ethic and the inspiration he takes from the words of great and powerful men have made him something of an anomaly. After active and successful involvement in oratory competitions and national contests in high school, Derrick landed at Morehouse College, where he aspires to make a better future for himself as major world leaders of past and present influence him to work ever harder.

In this episode we talk to Auayporn “BeeBee”Kongpatanakul a 26 year old Bangkok Businesswoman Rising above Discrimination while Advocating for Women’s Rights on a Global Scale.

“Bebee” has traveled the world as general manager of O.T.T. Footwear Distributors, her family’s business in Bangkok, Thailand. Each time she returns home, she is made aware of the ongoing inequality between men and women in her country and much of Asia.
